The workshops helped me to put words to how I was feeling. They helped me with solutions to my stress and putting myself first. 

I would recommend the workshops to others. It is very helpful to get out of the house and meet other people who might feel similar to you.

I liked the venue, the warmth of the attendees and meeting people with similar concerns in a non-judgemental space. 

The workshops helped me to be adaptable, to try alternatives – not just what I think will help. You don’t know if you don’t try. There are many routes. You don’t find any way if you don’t try to find any way.

I found it beneficial being with like-minded people with shared experiences. Also, learning ways to cope with situations and try not to become overwhelmed. If I do become overwhelmed, I now have ways to come out of it.

The workshops made me think differently – to not be so hard on myself, give myself credit and be kind to myself.
