The workshops helped me to put words to how I was feeling. They helped me with solutions to my stress and putting myself first.
I would recommend the workshops to others. It is very helpful to get out of the house and meet other people who might feel similar to you.

I found it beneficial being with like-minded people with shared experiences. Also, learning ways to cope with situations and try not to become overwhelmed. If I do become overwhelmed, I now have ways to come out of it.
